Complaint from Susan Nickerson Key Largo, FLalmost 3 years agoIf you want to keep your RV long-term at Captain Jax, just beware. Owner Gino Angella has been charging a 10% "transfer fee" that is illegal to do with mobile homes, but a gray area with RVs in Florida. Now he has decided to charge whatever he wants and I had to pay him $20,000 from my $59,000 RV sale in the park or he threatened that I would just have to move it out from its beautiful bay spot.
